1. Introduction
TeamForge ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TeamForge platform available at
www.teamforgeai.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Supabase Auth (email/password or third-party OAuth providers).
Integration credentials: To connect third-party services (Jira, Notion, Google), you provide API tokens or complete an OAuth flow. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
Usage data: We may collect anonymised logs about feature usage to improve the product (e.g., task counts, error rates). No personally identifiable content from your tasks is shared.
Google data: When you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Google Calendar and Google Drive. We only access events that were conducted via Google Meet and documents attached to those events by Gemini. We do not store the document content beyond your active session—it is used solely to populate meeting notes inside TeamForge.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To generate AI-powered ideas and tasks from meeting notes

- To improve and develop new features
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data:
- Service providers:Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic / OpenAI (AI generation — only the text you explicitly submit as a task).
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Google API Scopes
TeamForge uses the following Google API scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — to list your Google Calendar events and identify Google Meet meetings.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly — to read Gemini-generated meeting note documents attached to those events.
TeamForge's use of Google user data complies with the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Google OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your Google account from TeamForge settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM for tokens), HTTPS for all data in transit, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
TeamForge is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of TeamForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
