Terms of Service

By accessing or using TeamForge ("Service") at www.teamforgeai.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TeamForge is an AI-powered product management platform that helps teams generate ideas, create tasks, and integrate with third-party tools such as Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace. The Service may use large language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) to process content you provide.

You must create an account to use TeamForge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Abuse AI generation features (e.g., automated bulk requests)

TeamForge connects to third-party services (Google, Jira, Notion, Anthropic, OpenAI) on your behalf using credentials you provide or OAuth tokens you authorise. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. TeamForge is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party APIs.

When you connect your Google account, TeamForge accesses your Google Calendar and Google Drive with read-only permissions solely to import meeting notes. You may revoke this access at any time from TeamForge Settings or from your Google Account permissions page.

The TeamForge platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TeamForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create or import remains yours. By using the Service, you grant TeamForge a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated outputs (ideas, task descriptions, analyses) are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before acting on it. TeamForge does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
